    Quotation Estimates: (if required)

    • are worked from customer requirements given at the time of quotation
    • are subject to material price increases, site inspection and hiring of equipment (if applicable)
    • are valid for 30 days from date issued and may need to be revised if they have passed the expiry date
    • may need to be revised if there are any alterations to original customer requirements
    • will need to be signed and dated for approval before commencement of artwork or designs– written email approval on quotation estimates acceptable
    • once quotation estimate has been approved by the customer the artwork, design and or job order will commence as soon as the required deposit or full payment has been made by the customer - see payment terms below
    • if the customer alters or cancels the artwork, design and or job order after their approval is given, the customer is liable and will pay all labour costs and materials used and or ordered to the point of alteration / cancellation

    Artwork & Orders:

    • will proceed when the Quotation Estimate is approved and all details for artwork, design and or job order have been supplied by the customer, and a deposit or full payment has been made by the customer
    • artwork is included in the Quotation Estimate, unless otherwise stated
    • artwork charges include any re-building / cleaning up of artwork supplied by the customer
    • charges will apply if the customer requests The Mouse DeSign Experience to do any research for their artwork, designs or job order
    • any alteration to the original artwork or logo design may incur an additional charge
    • once the customer has received their artwork or designs, they must check all details carefully before approving the artwork or designs
    • The Mouse DeSign Experience will not accept any responsibility for errors after the artwork or designs have been checked and approved by the customer
    • artwork or designs will need to be signed and dated for approval before commencement of work – written email approval on artwork acceptable
    • no production will commence until written approval from the customer is received by The Mouse DeSign Experience
    • any delay advising The Mouse DeSign Experience of the artwork or design approval or need for further alteration/s will delay production
    • if the customer alters or cancels the artwork, designs, or any job order after their approval is given, the customer is liable and will pay all labor costs and materials used or ordered to the point of alteration / cancellation
    • if the customer alters or cancels the artwork, designs, or any job order after their approval is given, the customer may receive a partial refund - only after all costs and expenses incurred by The Mouse DeSign Experience at the time of alteration or cancellation have been accounted for. This may take up to 30 days to be resolved and and then the refund will be issued with a breakdown of costs
    • all artwork and designs remains the property of The Mouse DeSign Experience and must not be used for any purpose without the express permission of The Mouse DeSign Experience
    • all artwork and designs created by the Mouse DeSign Experience is protected under the Copyright Act 1968
    • as artwork and logo design creation times can vary for each order - charge for artwork, logo design & reproduction / is $120.00 per hour - or from $500AUD
    • out of hours work may incur an increased hourly rate
    • administration fees and restocking fees may apply

    WATERMARKS ON ARTWORK / DESIGNS AS AT; 15 AUGUST 2023

     

    From the date above, all artwork supplied by The Mouse DeSign Experience will display a Watermark over all designs and will only be removed after the invoice/s have been paid for in full.

     

    Payment Terms:

    • direct deposit via bank details supplied on the customers invoice
    • PayID
    • penalty fees will apply for any late payments of balance owing
    • more than one invoice can be supplied to customer/s – if split billing occurs between two separate companies or more, all invoice payments must be finalised on work completion date - a deposit of 50% (or an agreed dollar amount) will be required of the customer before commencement of work
    • depending on the order, in some instances full payment will be required before commencement
    • balance of payments will be due on the date of completion - prior to delivery or collection of order
    • any delays in placing your order, paying a deposit or full payment (if required) will delay your commencement and completion of your order
    • posting and or shipping costs will be in addition to your order, unless otherwise stated or agreed
    • The Mouse DeSign Experience is not currently registered for charging GST, under the awareness and advice of the Australian Taxation Office

    Turnaround Times:

    • a deposit of 50% (or an agreed dollar amount) will be required of the customer before commencement of work
    • depending on the order, in some instances full payment will be required before commencement
    • balance of payments will be due on the date of completion - prior to delivery or collection of order
    • any delays in placing your order, paying a deposit, or full payment (if required) will delay your commencement and completion of your order
    • as each order varies in time, please allow 5-15 working days as an estimate only
    • please allow additional time for postage and / or delivery during peak seasons. This includes any shipping time frames of the suppliers or sub-contractors for The Mouse DeSign Experience
    • for any apparel orders - your order may be delayed if the product is out of stock and / or are seasonal and may be limited availability

     

    After the customer has read the above Terms + Conditions and gives written approval for Quotation Estimates, Orders and or Artwork, the customer has understood and agrees to all of the above Terms + Conditions.

     

    If the customer chooses to engage The Mouse DeSign Experience for any Contracted work without a written Quotation Estimate, it is accepted by The Mouse DeSign Experience that the customer has agreed to all of the above Terms + Conditions. The Mouse DeSign Experience may proceed with the customers requests as verbally agreed upon.

    Please Note * The Mouse DeSign Experience treats every customer and supplier with respect at all times, and will try to resolve any issue that may arise in a fair and reasonable manner. If a customer becomes disrespectful, displays any bad behavior, becomes abusive towards or demonstrates any type of defamation that may harm the The Mouse DeSign Experience or a supplier of The Mouse DeSign Experience - then The Mouse DeSign Experience reserves the right to cancel the customers order at any stage, without refund and seek legal assistance if required.
